Complaints Process
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from us we have an internal complaints process. In the first instance we would ask that you contact us by telephone, email or in writing, so that we are able to address your concerns.
If you feel your complaint has not been resolved after going through our complaints process, you can refer your complaint to the IFSO Scheme. This is a free, independent dispute resolution service which will consider your complaint and, either reach an agreed outcome, or make a decision.
